How we’ll work together
The sessions will be a mixture of formats. Sometimes exploring concepts. Sometimes working through exercises. Sometimes focused on what is getting in your way.
We’ll start by unpacking how ADHD shows up for you, using models and frameworks to help you understand it with clarity and intention. Then we’ll work out the practical things you can do to leverage your ADHD on purpose.
I bring the structure and novelty needed so these aren’t just nice conversations — they’re transformational in helping you manage your ADHD in the long term. The more you lean in, the more you’ll get out of it.
