Bespoke 1:1 ADHD coaching for neurodivergent individuals
Designed to help you understand your ADHD and build your own practical tool box of strategies to work with your unique brain, rather than against it.
Living with
your ADHD
Gain clarity on how you're wired, drop the mask, silence the inner critic and build strategies to work with your ADHD brain rather than against it.
We’ll understand your ADHD, identify ways to work with your executive function challenges and create your own toolbox of strategies to work with your ADHD on purpose.
This is not therapy, it is forward focused, strengths based conversation designed to support you to create the actions to build self awareness, grow confidence, and feel more in control of your ADHD.

The 4Cs - conditions for success
Because your ADHD experience is unique, we’ll partner together to understand your goals and what you want to achieve, creating a programme individually designed for you.
How we’ll work together
The sessions will be a mixture of formats. Sometimes exploring concepts. Sometimes working through exercises. Sometimes focused on what is getting in your way.
We’ll start by unpacking how ADHD shows up for you, using models and frameworks to help you understand it with clarity and intention. Then we’ll work out the practical things you can do to leverage your ADHD on purpose.
I bring the structure and novelty needed so these aren’t just nice conversations — they’re transformational in helping you manage your ADHD in the long term. The more you lean in, the more you’ll get out of it.
